Unfortunately, our check-out cart is not working, so we will have to work on a manual payment system.
After you have submitted your order form, please wait for a Whatsapp message or e-mail from us. In the message, you will be given payment details for PayNow, Google Pay, PayLah!, or even GrabPay if you wish. We are flexible with online payment methods.
Normal shipping is free within Singapore! Woohoo!
If you want tracked shipping, please indicate it in your order form, or any correspondence with us. It will however be at an additional cost, depending on the weight of your item(s).
If you need your items urgently, we can arrange for 2-day or same day delivery via courier. This will be at an extra cost though.
Auggie is a rescue dog who was released from his cage-life by Chained Dog Awareness Singapore in August 2020 (hence the name!). He has a stubborn and recurring ear infection and refuses to let anyone near his ear. For this reason, Auggie had to undergo two medical procedures. Under anesthesia, he had his ears deeply flushed twice. The most recent visit to the vet cost us $700! Every sale here goes towards Auggie's medical costs.
We are usually quite quick with processing! We love packing your items as much as making them. After you have made payment, your items will need about three to five working days to reach you via post. If you are getting them for a birthday, please allow some time for the items to reach you! If you need them urgently, this can be arranged at a low cost. Please indicate in your order form if necessary.
Every single card is made using quality craft paper and carefully-chosen embellishments. As they are hand-made items, they are one-of-a-kind. Each card is made with much love and care. Some cards contain recycled material; we like to be creative with whatever we can get our hands on.
We try to make them as dimensional and interesting as possible, adding details such as threading and sequins. Our trademark is a cute button, which appears on every single card we make.
