Can I self-collect?

Yes! However, there is no deduction of cost. Self-collection is at our home at Goodview Gardens, Bukit Gombak.
How do I make payment?

Unfortunately, our check-out cart is not working, so we will have to work on a manual payment system. After you have submitted your order form, please wait for a Whatsapp message or e-mail from us. In the message, you will be given payment details for PayNow, Google Pay, PayLah!, or even GrabPay if you wish. We are flexible with online payment methods.
How long will my orders take to reach me?

We are usually quite quick with processing! We love packing your items as much as making them. After you have made payment, your items will need about three to five working days to reach you via post. If you are getting them for a birthday, please allow some time for the items to reach you! If you need them urgently, this can be arranged at a low cost. Please indicate in your order form if necessary.
Who is Auggie?

Auggie is a rescue dog who was released from his cage-life by Chained Dog Awareness Singapore in August 2020 (hence the name!). He has a stubborn and recurring ear infection and refuses to let anyone near his ear. For this reason, Auggie had to undergo two medical procedures. Under anesthesia, he had his ears deeply flushed twice. The most recent visit to the vet cost us $700! Every sale here goes towards Auggie's medical costs.
How much is shipping?

Normal shipping is free within Singapore! Woohoo! If you want tracked shipping, please indicate it in your order form, or any correspondence with us. It will however be at an additional cost, depending on the weight of your item(s). If you need your items urgently, we can arrange for 2-day or same day delivery via courier. This will be at an extra cost though.
How are the cards made?

Every single card is made using quality craft paper and carefully-chosen embellishments. As they are hand-made items, they are one-of-a-kind. Each card is made with much love and care. Some cards contain recycled material; we like to be creative with whatever we can get our hands on. We try to make them as dimensional and interesting as possible, adding details such as threading and sequins. Our trademark is a cute button, which appears on every single card we make.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Payment will be via PayPal. We charge the bare minimum for international postage. If you are from outside of Singapore, indicate so in your order form and we will let you know how much postage costs. As a rough estimate, tracked postage to the UK for up to two cards is approx SGD12.
Do you do special orders? Can you customise the cards? Or write a message on the inside?

Yes! We can add customisation details to the existing designs, and write a message to your recipient for you :) Be sure to indicate these requests on the order form. You may also request for a bulk order, or for us to make cards for your special occasion. Get in touch via the order form.
